I am 2/3 through the D-bol portion of my cycle and just like always at this stage, I've got more cramps than the whole Women's world cup soccer team. I drink 3 liters of water a day, about 1/3 of a gallon of milk each day, so I don't think it's just hydration. I have added an extra potassium suplement to the vitamins I take ( I think my stomach is starting to rattle), and still I get muscle cramps. I sure could use some advice. I just about killed a guy in the dojo last night when I was applying a choke and got the mother of all quad cramps. Oops.

what about your sodium level (salt) if you are taking potassium then your sodium also should be raised. They work in conjunction with each other and you body is always seeking to balance it.

I don't think sodium is the problem, I eat a kind of salty diet. Thanks for the feedback. Any other ideas?

Well my suggestion was going to be that maybe you need to stretch more from lactic acid buildup, but be it that you're into dojo that probably wouldn't be the case.

Try adding about 1.5 grams of Magnesium and maybe some Taurine or glycerol. Make sure to take some calcium to balance with the Magneseium but take them at different times. Magnesium and Potassium normally alleviate my cramps.

Later,

Are you taking anything else ? Creatine maybe? I can't say that I ever had cramps strictly from dbol.

The Famous Papa answers a question from little old me? I'm flattered. Yeah, just D-bol at this point, no creatine. I am upping the potassium, I will also go for the magnesium. This realy does happen everytime I use D-bol, but it's the only side effect I've ever had, so I should probably just stop whining.
