After my first cycle I made the mistake of 'taking it easy' while my test was down. Needless to say, I lost a few pounds of muscle. Since then I have been trying to lift a bit more each workout even the post cycle ones and have lost just water (!!!!) as a result. Clomid is a good idea too.

I use clomid and I like to load on creatine. I heard load on cell-tech, but thats a waste of money...but creatine is good. You hafta keep up the intensity in your workouts too. Thats probably the most important.

I've never tried this but heard that this is good: Switch up your workout after your cycle. Do one less set but try to do the same weight. I wonder if that works. Just my thoughts bro.

When I come off I am going to use clomid for sure, eat a ton, take creatine, and train twice as hard.Man i'm fighting to keep that s!#t. Losses are gonna happen no matter what, but it's what you do that determines how much you lose. Keep a positive attitude and find new stimulus for your muscles.

DO NOT INCREASE YOUR CALORIES, when you come off, your metabolism will also slow down BIG TIME, increase your protien (Designer is the best), keep your calories clean, light cardio to perk metabolism. Creatine is an excellent idea, don't be fooled by dosage on label, if you are well trained you do not need a loading phase, 5mg/day is enough. Clomid is recommended and also hcg. learn how to cycle properly and educate yourself.

Creatine works a bit, but I think it also has beneficial psychological effects cos you've got that waiting to see what happens feeling like when you start a cycle - a little more motivation to lift hard. I think you gotta take it a little bit more moderate and do the best you can to get test back up and running. IronMike

You all know how I feel about supplements... at the end of my cycle, I'm going on tribulus and creatine. Oh yeah... and clomid. Last but not least, I'll be taking 5000 IU HCG for a couple weeks.

:-)

When I was on pro-hormones, I was able to keep a lot of my gains by using tribulus and creatine. Remember, I put on 15 lbs my first "cycle" so keeping all of that was a real accomplishment.

The other thing I've discovered is that I do a lot better training only three days a week when I'm not receiving endocrinogical assistance (pro-hormone or schedule iii). So, I'm actually going to cut down my volume after the cycle to make sure I don't overtrain.

HCG is useless you don't need it you never need it, i don't know why you all think you do. There are other drugs you can take that eliminate the need for hcg.

While I don't agree with Huge at all I think a large amount of calories is necessary because of the obvious. The best way to remain anabolic is not to become catabolic. The best way to stay out of catabolism is to remain supersaturated and over do your calories. Too much is better than too little especially since you are already going to be at risk for catabolism because of your test levels being suppressed. This is what I do and so far it's been 8 weeks and not only have I not lost any after my last cycle but I've gained close to 10lbs. Be warned this is not for the beginners.

Last week of cycle
clomid 50mg a day for 2 weeks
insulin at the same time you are doing this.

10iu insulin w/ 10grams creatine and a high calorie high mixed carb drink. Do this 3 times a day seperating the insulin by at least 5 hrs. (for humulin R)

continue this for say 4 weeks then creatine alone. If you take the creatie w/ glycerol it is better for muscle hydration.

Note to all the newbies:
Dont even thik about this one until you get some experience I've been hypoglycemic on this shit 2-3 times and it isn't something to screw with. It will kill you shit quick and I'm not even kidding....
