From what I've read about them, they are worthless and only usefull if you are recovering from an accident and weigh 90 pounds. TxCollegeguy Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 132)	posted February 16, 2000 01:45 AM Man I used to use those like crazy when I ran, and would go to the chiropractor, they are actually good for relaxing your mucles if you learn to place them right, cause if you place them wrong your going to get the shock of your life. You should be able to find then on the net. Not sure if it's against the law to buy in most places, but not here in TX. My Dad bought one a year ago for my sister to use after soccer games and whenever... But if you get one learn to use it right... Keep Pumping IP: Logged
