Well, I've learned more in the past two weeks reading this board than I ever knew before. I have awnsered a lot of questions I had by reading the threads, I understand the monotomy of repeated questions and I hope I will not bore you with any more(though I do have a few questions)? I will try to be as brief as possible, sorry if this is so long....I am 24, 6'2" and 260lbs. I suffered an injury at work on March 16, two broken bones and a severe 2nd degree sprain of the right foot. I am in const. so I have been out of work for almost a year. I have gained 40lbs. of disgusting fat, its the worste shape I have ever been in. Sorry to say I have lost all the gains from the previous two cycles that I have ran. Moral went down and my weight went up(not the weight we like). Well the cast came off finally and I am ready to melt this shit off me and get back into the game!!! My question to you is would it be premature to have expectations of running a cycle in the sad ass shape I'm in and this early after the injury? Would you suggest that I hit the cardio hard as hell for a while first? Yes, my diet went to hell since my injury but can easily be rectified. I have a cycle in mind and want your opinion on it but first would like your advice, wether I should pursue the cycle or wait... I hope my post is not irritating to you and that I am not wasting your time, I value the experience you all have and your suggestions are like frickin' gold to me....Thanks for your insight, it has already educated me greatly....If I seem to anxious it's because I know where I was and now where I am, I hope you guys understand... Welcome to the board. I hope you will teach as much as you learn. As for your question, I believe that you should try to get back to the best shape naturally before trying to do any cycles. Get your body back in to the groove (with training, nutrition and diet). Don't rush your way back. All good things come with a little time. A little cardio never hurt anyone. Welcome, and yes i agree with the others, you should get back into shape first then start a cycle. I say a good six months of hard training should have you back in shape. Try some thermogenics to help rip off the fat. You said the cast just came off so take it easy, remember your bone has become soft without stress acting on it. Bone is strange that way, it will only strengthen when there is stress consistely applied and then it only stregthens in the direction of teh force applied. Anyway, take it very slow for the first three weeks, then start kicking your ass. Good luck Take a before photo, and post it along with your after photo in six months
