Question for all the bros. that take glutamine.Whats the best time to take it and how much?

In the morning, before a workout after the workout and before bed, about 20gms a day

Doesn't anyone take okg anymore?? The alpha-keytoglutarate molecule has the same carbon skelton as glutamin and acts as a substrate for glutamine in the body. I know it's more expensive but glutamine also increases levels of ammonia in the body which is not good. The ak also molecule acts as an ammonia scavenger, so i don't know why everyone is going hog wild over glutamine?

I have my glutamine mixed in with my protein powder, so I use it about two to three times per day.

When I was taking glutamine I was doing the same as 2Thick. That's what worked for me as much as it was going to, Although it didn't really work for me as a whole, so I discontinued taking it all together.

Definitely after training and before bed.
It helps alleviate/ prevent over-training.
