how long does it take to "crash" if your gonna? ive done my clomid, did my dnp, and still am above 245... so ya think i am out of the woods as far as a crash goes? also i feel STRONGER in the gym, at least i did today. IP: Logged |

how long off what?! various test and deca can keep working for weeks after as they are released from fat deposits. most common scenario is that your clear about 1 mo. after for any real effects. with a good post cycle program in diet and training, ive kept the majority of my gains(visualy). dont trust the scales at this time-they're just water meters at this time. MADBOMBER, I usally hit a weak period around 3-6 week after getting off. It usally only last for two weeks before I start getting back to normal... livinbig IP: Logged |

My last cycle I didn't really "crash" that hard. About 6 weeks after I was done I got weaker in some lifts. But that was expected. IP: Logged |

The common consensus is that whatever you retain after a month, you will keep permanently. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

If you taper, clean up, eat, and train properly you will not crash. The water will go, so expect a ~5lbs drop. 300 ------------------ IP: Logged |
