Getting the wisdom teeth pulled on Friday.. I'm wondering if any of you diet experts out there can think up some way to incorporate the loss of appetite and difficulty of food intake associated with this into some way for me to lose a few pounds of fat over a few days. I know other times when I've been sick for a few days I can tell I'm a little more cut up -- also feel absolutely wasted and out of strength. Also I'm going to go on cycle pretty soon to bulk up and I've heard that if you fast for a few weeks before hitting a bulking diet you shock your body into a lot more growth? So maybe a couple weeks of cardio and low cal before I start? What do you guys think? IP: Logged |

DianaBallBusta is right...Drink Protein shakes...We've had a post on this before... As far as what you can expect to eat who knows...it's different for everyone...I ate a Pig Shoulder Sandwhich 3 days after I had all 4 of mine cut out. It all really depends on wether yours are being pulled or cut, and how quickly you heal. I didn't have my appetite suppressed when I got mine out, I came home and scarfed down an entire pack of those jello pudding cups. I to have heard about spiking your diet like that, Though I've never tried it. I don'think I would do it for a couple of weeks. Upping your Cardio will help you trim down. I would only lower your cal's a tad because you don't want to put your body in the position to waste what muscle mass you have. You just want to get a little more lean right? Try lowering your Carbs or your Fats, but not both Keep Pumping [This message has been edited by TxCollegeguy (edited February 15, 2000).] IP: Logged |

I just had mine out on friday, trained legs the same day and the next morning at a whole chicken, no probs at all. Now i'm almost back to normal, it just takes me more time to eat, they're a little sore but nothing to talk about.

Too bad you are not injecting any gear (such as Primo) because it is anti-catabolic and you would only end up losing fat. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

Well, I got them out about 7 hours ago. I feel like a dump truck ran over my face and am expecting worse tomorrow. I spent one of the most humbling hours of my life when I had no control over drooling a mixture of blood and saliva all over myself, but now I think I'm ok. I've gotten a bunch of apple juice and shakes down. Wish me good luck for getting my cals in tomorrow. Hoping for some coplex carbs, but that's quite a prayer. IP: Logged |
