Just to start off this is gay and you might be at mad for even posting it on your guys board, sorry if I piss anyone off, I was just pumped and had to tell someone. Well I am 19, Sunday morning, after a rough Saturday night of drinking I decided it was time for me to make a decission. Poeticly put, two paths diverged in the woods, one lead to inheriting my father's pudge belly, and skinny shoulders(He does run all the time, I will give him that). Oh, and the other led to something darker, and unknown. I started lifting for football when I was 15, I hated weights, I hated hard work. I quit wrestling when I was a sophmore, after lettering, and moving on to sectionals as a freshman, because I wanted to put on weight to my 130lb frame for football. I played football, lifted a little, started varsity jr. and sr. year. I graduated at 145lbs. I lifted, maybe 5 times my freshman year in college. This summer, I worked with a guy that used to bodybuild, and still lifts alot. I started lifting again. I went from a fat 150 to a lean 170. I pledged a frat in the fall and got my balls hazed so much I barely made it to the gym. I lost 10 or 15 pounds. I started back up this semester, and have been in the gym at least 5 times a week. I am back up to 170. I am deactivating the frat next fall, because I can't sleep, and I am sick of eating grease. Today I squated 385, four times with good form. I am 5'11'' 172. I think I can bench around 270. I have about a 29 inche waist, 44 inche chest, 15.5 inch arms. I am not sure about the legs, and small calves. Where were you all when you started? I know I am not huge by nature, I am sure standing next to you guys I look like one of the crack head gap models. My dad is small, my mom is tiny. I am worried that I just don't have the body to get where I want to be. I am going to deffinitly wait to start using real gear for about two years. I want to be sure I am really in it. Sorry, if you thought this was gay. I was just pumped up about getting big, no one really thinks like I do except you guys, thanks for all the advice and help. So the point of the question is you want to know where everyone started, right? No prob bro. I started out at 19 with a laurabolin /d-bol stack. I get pissed every time I think about it. I did it all wrong and didn't know shit about gear. I listened to a buddy of mine who juiced all through high school...damn idiot. Just to give you an example of how dumb I was...I used 3 needles for 5 weeks of laura. My ass never hurt so much. Good story though man. Just stick to your plan and stay motivated and shit will work out for ya. IP: Logged |

Dont know exactly what kind of response your looking for here.Good decision on not taking juice for another two years. Don't think that just cause you don't have natural build, you can't get big, thats bullshit. Anyone can get big if they want it enough. At 5'11 you should be able to get stacked. Oh, you wanted to know where i started. Freshmen year of HS: 5'2 200lbs (I was a lard ass) Bench around 100 Squat about 150 Dont know about the measurements but it was all fat anyway. When I turned 18, I was 5'10 200lbs Bench 325,squat 465(below parallel) And I was about 13%b/f. I know thats still kinda chunky but I have a pretty good build. Im not exactly sure where Im at now, but I'll let you know in a couple of days on the measurements, but I dont max out until the end of my 12 week program.(about 6weeks away) ------------------ IP: Logged |

freshman year highschool i was 160lbs at about 5'9" benched 135 squatted 185 a lot of body fat senior year highschool sophmore year college 230lbs 6'1" 13%BF presentday 275 6'1" 20%BF gotta get th BF down and my lifts up i wont be happy until bench is over 500 squat is over 700 and body fat is under 10% oversized IP: Logged |

You know this is one of the most intelligent newbies i've seen. I think it's great you're going to wait to start taking juice. If you read this board and several books in two years you'll know more than enough to get optimum results from your cycle and your training. Nice to see you've got your head on straight

I was always a skinny kid - played basketball in HS and college. HS I was 6-1 maybe 170, in college hit the weights and got up to 195 - super lean, but not super strong - far from it. Bench then, maybe 225, squat 355 or so. After college, less b-ball, more lifting, and the gains have taken place. I'm a lean 251 and considerably stronger. Now, benching 405 (Thanks 2Thick for advice on plateau) and squatting 585 for reps. Any questions about anything, feel free to email me. Matt IP: Logged |

didnt start til i was 24 to recover from an ACl surgery two months later i was back to squatting 500 still havent gone crazy on the shit just enough to get through the sticky points i rely more on food then dope if i was you i would go to a pharmacy and read their PDR so you get a good scare as to what can happen to you then make your decision the younger you are when you start taken the stuff the more problems your going to have later wait until your twenties when your bone and muscle have stop growing and if you think that the girls are going to like you more piss on them i do this for me the chicks are just a fringe benefit their more problems set backs and heartache that just get in the way of your workout IP: Logged |

Halfcutz- Your post got me really psyched man. It was not "gay" at all. When I was in high school I had a 28 inch waist, weighed in at about 130-140 until my senior year. I went to college and got into pharmacy school and that all changed. One of my "mentors" helped me and I went from 145 to 186 lean. I am basically a hard gainer. I have to eat a lot and was taking a lot of supplements. I have only dabbled with orals to see what kind of effects I would have. I want to find the "perfect" stack before I try to inject myself. Needless to say if you train hard and eat right you will get bigger. If you want to get HUGE, as I hope to eventually do then you must stay smart. You started off right by looking for info and keeping your head on straight. All newbies should read this (as I did). This will show you how to ask and get answers to the real questions. Halfcutz- first off bro goodjob man. Second my freshman year in highschool i was 6'2" around 190lbs (I was a skinny Fuck) anyway though the four years of working my ass of for football i changed bigtime. My senior year 6'3" 223lbs 10%bf Bench 280 squat 500 as deep as you can go and hangclean 245. I'm 19 know and haven't maxed in a while almost two months, and haven't taken my first cycle, however i can say that i have used a little andro but the effects are wearing off. My first cycle was at the beginning of January of last year. What a way to start the new year. Ofcourse i was a dumb fuck and didn't know anything. I trusted my "good buddy" to guide me. Not that i'm complaining about my first cycle, it was a good one, just wonder how it would of turned out had i known better.Anyway, it was d-bol/sust. i pyramided up in d-bol 3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2,1 and took on shot of sustanon every 2 weeks. Weight went from 180 to 210. Little did i know what was ahead of me in the future. After i got off i became very depressed and didn't want to work out and really didn't even want to eat. LOL..it was bad, but at the same time funny in a way, because all i cared to do was sit in my room and watch TV.Well since i was introduced to steroids, i became obsessed with them, i treated my g/f like shit and thought more about myself and juice then i did her and she left me. Then i became REALLY depressed, was in the middle of a cycle when that happened..cycled down quickly, stopped lifting, eating, juicing, lost 20 pounds!!! I was extremely depressed then. Well i snapped myself out of it and got my ass in gear with some GEAR. Then here is the kicker guys, pay attention to this, i was working at a Health Club in St.Albans West Virginia, all this time. The owner a former Mr.America who won the title at age 40, fired me!! BECAUSE OF WHAT HE FOUND IN MY LOCKER..THEN PROCEEDED TO LECTURE ME ABOUT WHAT I WAS DOING, AND TELLING ME HOW DISSAPOINTED HE WAS IN ME!! He acted like he had never done it in his life!!
