on average, how much water weight does one normally lose during the last few days or so before a bodybuilding show. i plan on competing at around 197 lbs and i dont want to go into the last week and be 200 lbs and then lose 10 lbs of water weight. i once read that one usually loses 8-10 lbs of water. is this correct? i plan on using no rx diuretics but will use taraxone. rx IP: Logged |

Yes that is true. Last year on thurs. I weighed in at 210. On sat. morn I was 198 on the button. If you are 200 that last week there is really nothing you can do. Depends on how much water you are holding. Keep your intake very high. The more you drink the less you hold. I personally go from 2 gal. a day to 3 gal the last 2 wks. Any more ques. shoot me an e-mail. Stay big IP: Logged |
