I AM NEW TO THIS BOARD, I AM HERE TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE ON A TOPIC THAT I AM NOT AN EXPERT IN,STEROIDS. THAT DOES NOY MEAN THAT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT PUT'N UP THE WEIGHT. I HAVE BEEN DEDICATED FOR ABOUT 6 YEARS NOW, I HAVE GONE FROM 165 lbs. TO 230 lbs. AT 9% bodyfat. I REP OUT ON BENCH AT 455, SQUAT 620, I ALSO HAVE A 355 MILITARY. SO NEXT TIME SOME DIPSHIT TELLS ME THAT I NEED TO FOCUS BETTER, OR PUT MORE EFFORT IN TO IT, I JUST MIGHT TAKE ONE OF THE 140 lb DUMBELLS I UES FOR SHOULDER PRESSES AND STICK IT STRAIGHT UP YOUR ASS!!! I can agree with whathe has said. I am somewhat new to all of this but I did my research and I mostly just listen. I have been on this board since before it switched over but my post number is not high because I just mostly read what people say because I am still learning. I hate when the pros flame "all newbies" but I understand because some of the questions are really dumb. I never even considered asking them. I gurantee that there is somebody on this board that is stronger than you and more knowledgeable than you.If you just want to know about steroids then only ask steroid questions and the guys shouldn't be giving you a response about focusing etc... 355 military and yet you bench only 455?( I say only as compared to the military) I have seen a bunch of guy press over 500 but none of them could even military that much.
