I would just like to know how exatly do bodybuilders go about thier cycles? Do they ever come off? If so why do they always look bigger and bigger everytime i see them? I've done acouple of small cycles and got good gains from them . But the body builders are just incredible ex."LEE PRIEST" Thanks for any informations bros... IP: Logged |

First, the most important factor is genetics, with that Base comes Training, sleep, eating. years of it. No comes your Gear, the things that have seperated todays body builders from the 60's and 70's is IGF growth factor, GH and others IP: Logged |

i don't know if i totally understand your question, but i'll try.... pro bodybuilders devote their lives to getting bigger, here's some ideas genitics. crazy amounts of A/B intake. eating like a HORSE. tons and tons calories. living in the gym. HARDCORE TRAINING. but you have to think, you probibly only see these guys when there in there compitition body's. but also when there not in there compitition they probibly weigh a good 20-30 pounds more because of ( fat ) most of the guys jobs are to get bigger, and that's all they do. 7 days a week, no cheating....if you want to look like these guys, you have to devote your life to it. you have to eat sleep and breath muscle............
