Well last night went to bed at 10 fell asleep by 11(kids) woke up at 3am. Almost a new record for me. I had one shot of nyquil and tonight nothing at all just go to bed.

I also thought I might have some form of sleep apnea. Although, my sleeping companions of the past have never told me of any symptons.

dude, i get the same thing. I go to bed and wake up 2 hours later. I took a heavy dose of renewtrient the other night and woke up 1.5 hours later. Nothin else seems to work either, if it puts me out, i wake up within a matter of 2 hours.

I tell ya bro, try the turkey for your last meal trick. Turkey is very rich in tryptophan, an amino acid required to make serotonin, a brain chemical that is involved in sleeping patterns. It also solves the question of how to make certain you have enough protein in your system as you sleep. Don't knock it until you tried it. The only "medicine" I've ever seen that promotes quantity of sleep without destroying the quality of sleep is GHB, although that does have a certain charm to it... Correct me if I'm wrong, but if I remember correctly, high melatonin levels are feedback to stop GH secretion. Best of luck to you (sweet dreams). Stay huge. Peace

I'm with Jackel2 on this Bro!
Blew my back out and couldn't sleep...Doc prescribed Ambein for me. That's the shit Bro! It will put you out for 4 hours, then your on your own. No drowsy side effects in the morning either. One thing to think about...when you pop the pill....be close to the bed, I woke up on the floor with slobber and snot all over me the first night. Give it a try Bro!

Couldn't tell you about the relationship between melatonin and GH. However, I may start trying turkey at night, on next food run this week.

Anyone heard of getting a prescription for tryptophan or is banned completely?

You know what else might be a problem? High cortisol levels can cause insomnia. High cortisol levels can be caused by overtraining. Just another thought bro.
