Why are supplements so expensive? Is this stuff really that hard to make or are companies like EAS charging this much because people will pay that much? Why would something that is basicly ground up pine needles, cost as much as $70 a bottle. I don't know, it just confuses me to see something perfectly leagle, and bearly works, be nearly as expensive as something some guy drove to mexico, and risked the next year of his life to sneak over the border, and that stuff works too.

People are always looking for an easy way out and, therefore, they will pay those high prices. They charge only what people are willing to pay. As long as you keep buying they will keep raising the prices.

ECONOMICS!!!!!!!!!

It's all about economics. People pay it, so they sell it.

Supply and demand.

Similiarly, look at pro sports salaries.....they are high because the demand for them is high - we (most of us anyway) watch them on TV, and advertisers pay the Networks to advertsie their crap - the Network pays the league to show the games, the league pays the teams and the teams pay the players.

Economics.
