you may have to elaborate a little on what you mean by safe. None is probably the safest, but I'm assuming thats not the answer you are looking for. As a general rule of thumb (which i do not follow) you should take off as much or twice as much time as you cycle lasted before beginning another one. Some guys only do 1 cycle per year. As long as you do it correctly and take some time off eventually, I think you will be safe. There will probably be several differing answers to this one. stay big, Christian IP: Logged |

why not do a two week cycle every 6-12 months. that should keep you roughly equal in bodyweight for a long time. IP: Logged |

If you wanted to start up as soon as possible after a cycle you just finished, you could, after waiting the same amount of time you that were on your last cycle for. I only do 1-2 cycles per year. IP: Logged |

I would think that three 8-week cycles would be alright. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

Safe is a relative term and a very individualized term as well. some guys can stay on all year with high doses and no health problems. They go off and there test production rebounds without even the use of clomid. Their liver values may be elevated but they have no liver problems. some guys on the other hand get gyno after one cycle. They need multiple treatments with HCG, clomid and proviron just to get them back to producing normal levels of test. they get juandiced when using 2 tabs of dbol a day. point being that safe is very individual. I owuld say that for the "average" individual, who is smart and talkes the proper precautions there should be no problems with 2,3, even 4 eight week cycles a year. It all just depends on you- see how you respond, what are your side effects? do you get better results if you take more time off? JUST KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS NOT AN EXACT SCIENCE, THERE ARE A LOT OF VARIABLES YOU JUST HAVE TO PLAY WITH THEM AND SEE WHAT COMES UP- BUT PLAY RESPONSIBLY, I DONT KNOW ANY GUYS WHO LIKE HAVING BREASTS- except those sex change types and i dont know any of them- no offense to any sex change types who might read this. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I am currently starting a row of cycles all using fast acting gear for approx 6 weeks in length. I am using fast acting gear so when i go off i really wont be on for any significant time following the last administration. I am using clomid EOD and 1 week at 100mg and two weeks at 50mg at the end. Then after another week i will begin another. I am going to do 3-4 of these in a row and see what happens. I just think with long off times you have too much of a down period and too much regression. kpumpin IP: Logged |

I've got a friend whose golden rule of cycling is "take three weeks off". He'll go on for 8 weeks, 10 week, 12 weeks... whatever and then take three weeks off before hitting it again. As for myself, I'm not going to do my next cycle until June or July. After I finish up this one, I've got to diet down for a show in May. After the show, I want to get back to my pre-diet weight without the sauce. When the gains stop coming, I'll go back on. ------------------ IP: Logged |
