I posted some time back about starting my first cycle, running sust, dbol, and clomid.
I got all the help I needed instruction wise from all of you, and it was much appreciated.
But...Ive been looking through the posts, and it raised some questions about my current diet in conjunction with my soon to be started cycle (waiting on the $)
So heres my questions. I take in about 300g of protein a day now as Im in a cutting phase of my diet. Physiologically, do elevated hormone levels aid in the uptake of protein?
Seeing as how Im in the cutting phase, will the weight gain of this cycle have adverse effects as this is concerned? I assume that much of the weight gain will be water, but what is the most common water to muscle ratio in these gains?
So basically, will I be able to run the cycle as I want (2cc's a week) and still effectivly diet down?
Thanx in advance for any input Bros,
Bleed Iron,
Later.

Man, no answer.....c'mon bros, this is a very viable question. Nothing has been mentioned about AS and cutting diets, aside from people using clen for cutting up. Im curious to this, so that I can make the appropriate changes in my diet or cardio, when my cycle starts. Thanx.

Alright, so now you're in a cutting phase right before you cycle right?

Some steroids such as deca aid in protein synthesis and protein uptake, typically speaking taking steroids is going to enable you to use and absorb more protein, not at once but overall.

Your water retention is really a very personal thing, it changes a lot person to person. But your water retention will affect your dieting right now, don't expect to be cut and lean while taking test, it just doesn't happen for most people, even with the clomid.

I hope that much of you gain is muscle not water, you shouldn't put on that much water. A muscle to water ratio is very personal and can't be predicted. DO the cycle, and after cut like a mofo, and you'll drop all the water. You will be able to effectively cut down AFTER the cycle, don't try and do it during the cycle, you'll only be wasting your juice.

Whew....! thanx E2 I was beginning to think that wasnt going to get answered.
Well with my diet being adjusted to cutting i.e. limited calorie intake, mega high protein intake, and living on a whopping..(j/k) 150g of carbs a day....when I start my cycle, I should jack everything back up to my bulking diet routine? I have my bodyfat % under 11%now and was wondering what Im going to look at after the cycle, I realize it can differ person to person, but just in speculations what would you think?
Thanx again for your input bros,
Later.
