hey there folks i just got one quick question for any of the insulin junkies.... does anyone have knowledge of... or recommend using insulin while cycling creatine? and also if anyone has tried this combo could they give me there insights of it. IP: Logged |

Sure it's no problem, it's actually really good you have to up your creatine 2-3 times, remember insulin is the transport mechanism into the muscle, it carries the creatine in. You have more insulin therefore you can completely saturate your muscle. Mmmm i wonder how high a creatine phospate concentration you could have???? IP: Logged |
