For your first cycle, I would not use any drugs or lotions to try and prevent any acne or hairloss. Find out if certain AS effect you FIRST. Some people tolerate drugs much better than others, while some have almost no effects. If you do have problems you can use Retin-A cream for acne (drug is called tretinoine) .05% to .1%. If you still have BAD acne problems, you could use a tablet called Accutane, but that is harsh on the liver, so use it only if you cannot live with acne. Make sure to keep clean (2 HOT showers a day if you can) and use a soap like Cetaphil to wash with. As for the hair loss, you could use Propecia/Proscar that contains a drug called finasteride at 1mg a day. That attempts to block DHT which causes your hair to fall out. But this is only effective on some AS. You can do little to prevent side effects of such drugs like Dbol or Anavar. There is another shampoo you can use called Nizoral that must contain a drug called ketoconazole (2%). And for the gyno, you can use something like Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) or Proviron (mesterolone). Hope this helps. You can email me at [email protected] if you have any questions. Later..
