I'd give the tri's rest. You're gonna work them a little with shoulders anyway, so just work them hard on chest day. IP: Logged |

You're tri's need a little more rest than that...I vary the intensity; for example, blast them hard monday (Close grip bench, French press, single arm-overheads), then Thursday, perform a moderate intensity workout (Rope pushdowns, various other machines). Basically you have to cycle your training like you do your gear. I'll look through my old journals and work out something killer for you...and e-mail you IP: Logged |

Stick with Bi's and Tri's on the same day make it your last lift of the weak, remember you will use your tri's when you are working any pushing movements (upper body) IP: Logged |

I train tris twice a week...well I train every muscle group twice a week. I do chest and tris on monday and shoulders, tris on friday. I find that I have a better tricep workout on friday instead of Monday. Thea reason being that my tris aren't as fatigued after shoulders than they are after chest. IP: Logged |
