alot of protein, make sure you are downing the water. protein takes alot of water to process. dont let yourself get constipated or impacted worse yet. (sorry to be so graphic) if you get real concerned, take a couple tablespoons of mineral oil and that'll get things going. momma taught me that as a kiddie. shot out like a greased egg lol. good luck IP: Logged |

I had the same problem not too long back. I was even at the point of having pretty bad abdominal pain. Went to see my Doc. and with all the tests and exams he said there was nothing wrong. He told me to take some metemucil fiber and that would help as well as mylanta. Problem is the system gets a shock and it will take a little time for it to adjust but it will and not too long things would return to normal. take twin labs diet fuel made with chiostan it will work real fast. you have to much protein and no starchy carbs so increase vegetables and take some diet fuel. IP: Logged |

E2 is right on the money bro, time to break out the ruffage. Up your fiber, not only will it regulate your shit sessions, but will ultimately aid in protein uptake. Do it gradually, or boy you will regret it!!!! if you know what I mean. IP: Logged |
