Wondering if you can get cut with the use of insulin. Right now i am on the 2nd week of Sustenon at 500mg a week, and 1cc of winny Every other day. I am 6'3", 220 pounds, 12%b/f Could someone PRESCRIBE me a diet for someone of my stature. looking to lose fat. Also what should be the starting point in IU's of Humilin R, and when would be the optimal time to take it(how long before workout). Any other information you could share would be great!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

why would you want to take insulin when you are trying to lose fat? Insulin makes you fat adding insulin is only going to increase your fat gains. why not add 5 days of dnp at 200mg- it help get rid of some of the fat and it will help "restore" your receptors.

Actually, insulin CAN be used to cut with a proper diet. Not only is it very anabolic, but more importantly: anti-catabolic. If you need any info, e-mail me and I'll send you some literature... [email protected] IP: Logged |

insulin increases the uptake of nutrients, so if you do not eat fat during the window that the insulin is kicking in you shouldnt have a problem with picking up unwanted fat. Also the protein and carbs will be utilized better. kpumpin IP: Logged |
