The area that I'm moving to does not have a gym within a 200 mile radius! I'll be staying here for a little over a month, what the hell am I going to do...looks like it's going to be plyometrics and cardio. How about just taking some primo tabs to maintain as much as possible until I get back to civilization? IP: Logged |

You are right this is a huge crisis. I cant believe this is happening to you. I would cry myself to sleep every night if i couldn't train. You might just have to go to that gym 3-4 times a week. man but that is a huge pain in the ass. I am so sorry for you man! good luck IP: Logged |

Where exactly are you moving...? Bro that sucks.....lots of cardio and you'll have to get creative - all kinds of pushups and handstand pushups and dips, find something to do pull-ups on, and I guess a lot of time to work abs. Best of luck! Matt IP: Logged |

Very sorry to hear that, get out of it, any way you can!! I don't think i could handle it, when i don't work out i'm the biggest asshole, i just have to much energy without it.

I HEAR THAT WATER JUGS AND 5 GALLON GAS CANS FILLED WITH SAND OR WATER WORK OK. FIND A TREE AND DO HANGING AB CRUNCHES AND IF YOU HAVE A CAR TRY TO LIFT THE BACK UNTIL YOU REALLY CAN. WEAR A BACKPACK FULL OF SAND AND DO PUSH UPS. FOR LEGS FIND SOMEONE HEAVY AND PUT THEM ON YOUR SHOULDERS AND SQUAT AGAINST A WALL. TO KEEP YOUR BALANCE. SAME FOR CALF BUT THEY NEED TO BE ON YOUR BACK. SO WEAR HEAVY DUDS. ALSO TIE SOME WEIGHTS TO YOUR WAIST AND DO CHIN UPS. HELL WITH ALL THIS YOU MAY EVEN GROW MORE! MEANT IN GOOD FAITH IP: Logged |

Hey Bro, I found myself in a situation a few years back...they're right, you have to be creative. Get an empty keg and slowly fill it with sand, you can bench, military press, curls...etc. Log chain...around the neck for squats....get 2 and a bar, drape them on the ends and bench. As the chain gets closer to the floor, the weight decreases...as you press upward, the higher the chain, the more weight your pushing. This by the way is an old powerlifter trick to explode off your chest and raise your max bench weight. Grabbing something akward, and heavy, then lifting it for rep's will do wonders for grip, and strenght...use your imagination. I know it sucks Bro.....but it's better than nothing. MAN THAT REALLY RULES AND ITS TRUE IF YOU GRAB DOMETHING THAT IS AWKWARD IT WILL INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH. ALSO IF YOU BUY A STEEL PULLEY (A COUPLE BUCKS) AND USE A ROPE YOU CAN TIE A HEAVY OBJECT ON ONE END AND GO THROUGH THE PULLEY WHICH YOU CAN PUT SOMEWHERE ABOVE YOU AND USE A PIECE OF IRON OR THICK WOOD,TIE IT TO THE ROPE AND VOILA!!
