Hi guys, I'm on Primo and Sust250 8 weeks cycle, and I want some opinions on my diet: 6:30AM-Breakfast: Albumin+ Maltodextrin+BCAA+Creatine+ 2Bananas 7:00/8:30AM-Train 9:00AM-Post Workout: BCAA+Albumin+Maltodextrin+Creatine 12:00: Lunch Carbs a lot and Protein 16:00: Protein Bar 18:30: Albumin 21:00: Dinner (only protein) 23:00: Whey Protein w/ milk Do you think it's great??It's good for growth ripped?? How many pounds can I expect with a cycle with 300mg Primo and 250mg Sust/Week + or -??? Thank you IP: Logged |

Since you have had no other replies I'll give ya what I think....First I think your AS choices are pretty weak...Without knowing your background it's hard to say..but if you have any good lifting experience then that little bit of juice is'nt going to do shit. Your diet seems complicated to me, just keep it simple (depending on your goals) is it size you want or lower bodyfat. I would shitcan the supps & go with more juice..but thats just me. If you want to loose that last bit of flab..get some T3 some Clens or some ECA stacks going that'll help alot.
