What lifts gets it out..?

I know there are many factors...body fat % and thick skin...etc..etc...etc....

BUT arent hammers the best for bringing it out...cause it lies on the brachioradialus..??? How bout preacher hammers...?

I think that hammercurls are a very good exercise for the underarm but if you want to kill your bicep after a basic mass exercise you should do some sets of concentration curls. Whenever i do this exercise i feel like the vein of my bicep is going to explode...

I have found that the lower your body fat the more vascular you appear. Also the thinner the skin the more vascular. I would avoid all dairy products, they can make the skin remain thick (at least in my case they do) I would also try to pump the muscles up as much as possible that will help.

I'm very vascular anyway, but after concentration curls my veins are just screamin off my arms bro!!!

Preacher curls, with a limited range of motion. Concentrate on squeezing at the peak. Don't go down too far as your just stressing ligaments and not the bicep. For the last rep see how long you can hold it at the peak. Damn it hurts. I learned this trick from a physical therapist.

Sorry guys but I believe that your veins are a product of ganetics not what type of exercises you do.Or else everyone could develope that wicked shit going on,on Paul Dillets' shoulder.Hell I have some wicked shit on my left bicep but just the standard set up on the right

My right biceps has the weirdest vein. I have hell poping it out. It splits right in the middle of the Bicep. I dont know if any of you have the same pro., but its a bitch.. Once i do get it out it looks Awesome though.I love hammer curls, and also seated dumbell curl. Give them a few pulses at he top at the end of your set and you will have major Veinage.

Once I had no veins, then I discovered concentration curls. Now they FUCKING PULSATE!

Personal rec, do them as your last bicep exercise.

gear will increase your blood volume and the size of your veins. lower bodyfat is the key to being able to see them.

Les, don't be a dick. Stay away from the friggin niacin. You'll burn up like crazy off 100mg alone. After burning up my first day, I kept taking it every day in hope of adjusting, but I continue to burn up everyday. Today is my last day using it. I give up.

Having that bicep vein out just "completes" the look of a muscular arm...makes it look 2-3" bigger....

Phiend why are you trying to scare the guy, keeping all the secrets to yourself, it's ok we already let this one out. Niacin in 750 to 1gm will pop em out like nothing else. Make sure to get niacin, not niacinamide.
