Well not really but....... I was wondering what food you Bros eat so much of in every way that you can come up with to fix it, that you just get sick and tired of it. Mine is chicken....man I could open up a whole friggin chicken bistro man. I think Ive fixed the good poultry every way I can. Also anyone got any good recipes for tuning up tuna....seems pretty limited to my options...Ive eaten it for soooooo long out of the can that it dont appeal to me anymore, and its killing my taste for other fish... thats what I mean WCP...... I eat soooo friggin much of something, that I cant stand to even look at it anymore.....I've doctored up the same tuna and chicken and fish, that I gave in and had to throw some mayo and tartar and stuffing in there, and damn, I cannot eat a potato without any butter , I just cant do it !!! I tried eating fruit, and I ate a whole basket and ended up hungrier..... I'm still gonna do it, I'm very strong mentally, I just wont go completely overboard and think I'm a bodybuilder....little by little....and hey, its not like I'm some kind of fat-ass here, I just could be much leaner if I ate better....!!! hell yeah hardball, you must have read my mind, that was my dinner tonight. and many nights last week too. keeps the dryness out of the old bird. oh by the way, the old george foreman grill hooks up a piece of chicken! second only to a bbq. and you can make grilled "sammiches" on it too. and hashbrowns with no fat...mmmmmm. hunger calls, gotta fly peace!!! If you haven't tried this yet with tuna you should. It sounds a bit gross, but it tastes pretty good. Tuna with BBQ sauce. At first I thought.... I don't know, but then said what the hell... It tasted good! Just my 2cents... ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yeah that george foreman grill kicks ass. I love it , especially when it's -35 outside, yeah that's celcius baby! I know what you mean, but i just buy different kinds of chiken, teriaki, bbq, honey garlic, at my grocery store they have em all pre marinated all ready to cook.

I have eaten tuna for so long it gives me heartburn. Try adding some low fat mayonaise and relish to it, mix it up, then add some lettuce. There is a complete balanced meal that you can use on a cutting diet as well as bulking. Hey, have you ever watched the food channel. I dig that dude Emeril, BAM!, I watch that guy cook some shit, and I just salivate like pavlov's dogs and the bell. I wouldn't recommend it though when trying to prepare for a contest! IP: Logged |

There are so many ways to cook Chicken and Tuna, as well as other types of food it's not even funny I could give you recipes depending what types of food you like Stir fried spicy whatever you can think of...If I don't have a recipe for it I can find one I'm going to try and set up a webpage for a boydbuilding diets IP: Logged |

Use the George Foreman grill, cook up pork chops, chicken, steak, Fillets, fish, throw some lunch meats on it... You have so many options, there is no reason to eat the same thing every meal, I do it because the cafe at school doesn't have much selecion, so its 8 chicken breasts, 2 hamburgers, and 2 protein shakes per day. Yo, I have a George Foreman grill, and I must say its a lazy bachelors dream. I seem to have a prob keeping the outside of the chicken from getting real tough and dry. go on the internet and search for some healthy chicken recepies. try to replace the oil with a cooking spray, u'd be surprised how many recepies u could make fat free and sugar free - if only u played around with it a little. It really sucks for me, i am afraid to use barbeque sauce and marinade lately because it has too much sodium and sugar. Might as well boil the damn thing...sucks to be a girl =( IP: Logged |

For the tuna fish try throwing in some Miracle Whip Ultra Low Fat mayo. Per TBSP: 17 cal, A couple TBLS does the trick without the guilt.

Sometimes I eat tuna on lettuce with fat free ranch dressing. Its damn tasty. I usually just eat marinated chicken but sometimes I eat it with salsa...now thats tasty too. IP: Logged |

i'm not worrie about the fat so I buy the chicken still on the bone and throw it in the oven for an hour or so. When it comes out I eat it right off the bon skin,fat and all the bone is dry, the grease and the fat are great . I love the grease and the fat I "pheene it!!) Add some garlic powder and your good to go. I'm with champion on using Miricle Whip as opposed to Mayo it just taste so much better. Lately i have been marinading my chicken breast in italian dressing and it really taste good. When that gets boring i go and buy some turkey breast deli meats and use that to make a sandwich. I also like taking the 99%fat free burger patties putting them in the oven and when they are done put them on top of angle hair pasta with some Ragu MMMMM good. oversized IP: Logged |

If you have the time to prepare, I like to poach boneless, skinless chicken breasts in 1/2 and 1/2 mix of water and salsa. Skim the scum off the top, fish out the chicken, shred it up and wrap it in tortilla shells. Yummy. Don't bother to use good Salsa, even the cheap stuff works as well. I alternate the chicken with Pork tenderloin. I couldn't eat chicken every day. Try tuna with some Texas Pete's hot suace. I love that stuff. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Fastest/Best Chicken Recipe....I use this at work like 4 times/day...take 1 breast (like the frozen kind in the bag from Tyson)...put it in a plate and cover it with Texas Pete, then put another plate on top of it, so the edges touch...put this in the microwave for 8-9 minutes on about 70% Power...the breast are frozen in saline solution so when that melts, it will dilute the Texas Pete and steam the breast....will come out moist and tasty, like good barbcue...uh oh, mouth watering...time to cook IP: Logged |

best diet ever 10 egg whites breakfast with banana, chicken with spinach and mushrooms for lunch and dinner, and in between ultra pur protein shake. i used to have no abs, after about a month there popping out! it boring, but works. try it! IP: Logged |
