I'm coming off a cycle of cyp and d....and I'm starting to get depressed....I felt like a million bucks a week ago, and now feel like a worthless, weak and skinny piece of shit.....guess thats good at my size to feel that way, will only push me to get bigger and stronger.... Just cant wait to get back on a cycle.....gonna take a good 6 weeks off to give my body a break though....its gonna be a tough 6 weeks....hope I dont turn into a fruitcake during it... IP: Logged |

Coming off sucks, but he's right at least youre not injured. I broke my hand snow boarding and went from 226 to 200 in two months of not training. probabaly could have kept training legs, but how depressing is that?? Back on the sauce now though. ------------------ IP: Logged |

back in '94 when I stressed my liver too much and it became inflammed.....I went from 220 lbs to 173lbs.....oh was that a horrible time......I can remember it like it was yesterday......so thinking about that, makes me really appreciate myself now.... hey, if I can feel good for 2 minutes, thats 2 minutes of not being depressed !!! i can understand the losses due to injury, but man, work on nutrition and supplementation to preven or minimize losses that are not necessary. IP: Logged |
