i am looking to lose some fat.
i am on my 2nd week of sustenon with 2 amps a week. i will be adding in ECA and winny at 1cc EOD at the start of the 3rd week.

Right now i am currently:
215 pounds
13% B/F
6'3"
2nd cycle

i am currently eating like this:
Protein: 225-250 grams
Carbs: 25-50 grams
Fats: 125-150 grams

out of the above 3 which ones should i alter(lower or raise) any suggestions would be great!!!

I would alter the fats to about no more than 100 gms and that is pushing it. I would up the carbs to 150-200 gms and up the protein to 300 gms at least. Remember, you have to have a calorie intake less than what you use per day to lose weight. For info:

1 gm fat = 7cal

1 gm protein = 4 cal

1 gm carb =4 cal

You need the majority of carbs right after workout, split the rest for first meal of day and about lunch time or so.

The sust will help retain some water (no biggie unless going on stage) Make sure too, that all carbs are low glycemic with no sugars at all. And make sure you are doing 20 min cardio after every workout!

Just by way of info:

1 gram of fat is 9 calories.

1 gram of alcohol is 7 cals - though booze and juice really don't mix.

Also, right after a workout you need PROTEIN immediately as well as carbs. Carbs are going to be your primary source of energy for training.

I personally try to get lean between cycles - most growth takes place on cycle, and then I change my training - add cardio - to get leaner.

Skywalker, My bad your right, it is 9 and yes your right forgot about the protein I like to get around 40-50 grams within twenty minutes, doesn't always workout that way though. This cutting diet I am on is swiss cheesing my brain today, thanks for the correction
