Today I bought a 5lb bag of BigWhey protein and a getting ready to start my first cycle. Sust250. Has anyone used this stuff, what have you thought? I am 6' 195 how much protein should I get each day? When should I drink this stuff? Thanks for all the replies! IP: Logged |

Tray i dunno about that are you eating other protein in those meals?? You can only absorb about 40gm of protein at a time, unless it's predigested. If you are eating protein with those meals you might be wasting your shake

How much protein? Well, most magazines will tell you to get one gram per pound pf bodyweight - but that should be a minimum - I try to get 1.5 grams per pound. But at 250 pounds, well, that can be a real bitch. Also, like E2 said you can only digest about 40 grams at a time (per hour as a basic guideline). The amount of protein that you can absorb from various food sources is different - like for example you can get over 90% of the protein in tuna, but less from sources like beef, etc. My advice - eat until you shit.
