wantstobebig Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 4)	posted February 10, 2000 03:16 PM I'm a little uneasy about my source right now. He has changed the way he makes deliveries because he told me he thinks somebody is on to him. He thinks one of his customers is setting him up, so he dropped him. Does anyone know what the consequences are for getting caught posessing small quantities of AS. A friend told me that they wait to pull you over with it, if they know you have it on you. That way they can charge you with delivery. I'm just using for me and me only. Any words of advice appreciated. THX IP: Logged
Joseph_stalin Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 87)	posted February 10, 2000 03:41 PM depends on several factors. past criminal record, the mood of the judge, etc. the worst they can do for the 1st offence is 1 year in jail, $5000 fine. and i think a few years probation added onto that. you might not get that. you might just get counseling or a suspended sentence. It varies by state to state though. in new york, aas are class II, whereas in most other states they are class III. a second offence, i think that carries a 2 year prison sentence. prison is different than jail. Jail is where the druggies are. prison is where the murderers go. but you will probably be segregated from them and placed in a level 2 or level 3 prison, apart from the murderers and rapists. so probably just a suspended sentence and a small fine. A fake mail man delivered 1000 anabol and five minutes later the cops were in the house flashing search warrents and shit. I did all the right things and didn't go down hard. Although they did get 1000 anabol, 20+ sust, fina, a bunch of HCG and a bottle of test. I still haven't gone through the whole ordeal, but they are just going to slap me and a buddy with mistemeaners that will be off our records in one years time. No big deal! (except for the loss of my gear!) All they cared about was the guy who was selling to me. I told em the truth about that, never lie to the cops!! They'll stroke you if you are honest. I told em' I was in a chat house and a guy offered to sell me the stuff. He gave me a name to Western Union the money too in china and that was all I knew about him. Of cource I couldn't remember the last name I sent the money too. It was like smith or jones, or maybe it was Gorditas?? I can't remember! LOL IP: Logged

If you keep it at a friends house, you're jeopardizing them. Plus, unless you're stupid about your strategy toward receiving a package, there's a very, very slim chance that they're going to get a search warrant on your house unless you keep a highly suspicious profile. chestyII Pro Bodybuilder (Total posts: 122)	posted February 10, 2000 10:34 PM If you are transporting it in your car put it in the glove box and lock it. Remember, the cops cannot search your vehicle without your permission unless they have probable cause. IE they see something in plain view that is illegal, an open container of alcohol for example. They can ask you if they can search the vehicle, be polite and say no, you may not. Also, once you are in your car anything you have on you put it in the glove box. If you have to walk anywhere do not do it while carrying gear. This is a two parter here bear with me. If you are pulled over for a traffic violation. The officer can ask you to step out of the vehicle and you have to do that. Second, he can perform what is called a Terry Pat down, ie, he can feel the outside of you for weapons, if he can identify the object he is feeling and can articulate that in court he may retrieve it out of your pocket or sock or whereever. However, he cannot go into your pockets and such unless you give him permission or it is incident to an arrest. So, if you are asked can I look in your pockets say no. If he asks what that object is, like if you have an amp or something, just tell him it is a piece of candy. 2. If you are walking down the street, and an officer wants to talk to you, you do not have to talk to him, it is a free country. If he says he is investigating a crime that just occured you do have to stop. All you have to give him is an id. Again the terry pat down rules apply. Whatever you do, don't panic don't run, and be courteous. But don't surrender your 4th amendment rights. Chesty IP: Logged

Your honor the suspect took a swing at me when he was coming out of his vehicle and acted very suspicous when I approached they vehicle...and so on! Where else can you keep your gear now I am not going to post openly where you can hide your gear but think of your surrondings!!!!!! Things that make you go HMMMMMMMMMMM????? Guys the punishment for possesion depends on the state and/or feds. If caught you could be charge by the state and or feds depending on amount and other factors. For small amounts the feds probably would not want to waste their time or resources, but some local authorities may get a hard on and go for the max.Who Knows what would happen. As far as having them in your car, if you have them in the glove compartment or a locked breifcase you would be okay, becuase to search these areas they would need a search warrant or consent. BIZ, even if the did break the rules and discovered your gear, the gear would have been discovered illeagaly therefor would be surpressed in court I.E. no evidence no crime. everyone should know what there local laws are on possesion of gear and guys know your 4th admendment rights.
