eat at least 6 meals a day two of them till you feel like vomiting.Training: 3 to 6 sets a body part each part 3 to 5 times a weekI know that sounds like overtraining but that is why the low # of sets. It is straight out of the book Serios Growth by leo Costa. It is the most productive routine I have found in 20 years of lifting.When useing the routine when clean there are times when streangth will go up as though you are juicing IP: Logged |
