eat 6-7 times per day, every 2-3 hrs.
try somewhere around 20-25 times your bodyweight in total calories a day for 2 weeks. then back off to about 15 times your bodyweight for 2 weeks.

Use meal replacement shakes for 3 or 4 of those meals, it will make it a bit easier.
Drink lots of water 100+ ozs per day.
workout every other day.
use a 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat, split on your calories.

Write down your weight and bodyfat % at the start, then re-test at the end of the 4 weeks. Then re-modify to your taste.

Good Luck

KDs right. Watch what you eat tho. You might want to gain weight, but if you gain alot of fat, it'll take forever to trim up. I'd rather be a little underweight then a lardass.

kd gave ya a very good technical answer, I'll give ya my best informally...

pizza, beer and heavy weights

I tried everything to gain weight and had a helluva hard time, I wasnt worried about staying pretty so I ate what was available and kept on partying, it worked....and to the contrary, I didnt end up a fat ass, I went from 145 to 180 in 7 mos, no juice and was still at 8% bodyfat.....years later at 245lbs, I cant say the same about my bodyfat, but if I didnt like it, I'd be on the treadmill dipping a ricecake in my yogurt !!!

Yup, eat 5 to 6 small meals a day, this should increase your body weight and energy levels to gain the poundage your looking for.

It is quite simple, really.

Control your diet, training and rest. You will grow like a Manimal for a few years.
If you (or anyone else) has any specific questions, just e-mail me and I'll answer them to the best of my ability.

kd is right on with his recomendations, the things I like most about his advice is that he rocomends the use of meal replacement drinks, and that he says wait four weeks and re evaluate. It is important to regularly check your progress and make adjustments to your plan. If after 4 weeks you have not seen SOME gains try slightly increasing your protein. On the flip side, if after 4 weeks you have begun to gain body fat, back your carbs off just a bit. Get the Idea.

As far as supplements, most of them are shit, but some will actualy help you gain. Many people have seen good results from creatine. Ephedrine supplements can provide workout intensity that will lead to new gains, and some pro hormones, if used in large doses, can lead to reasonable gains(although most people that I know that have used pro-hormones have experianced all of the bad side effects...acne, hair loss, shrunken nuts, but none of the gains).

Bottom line, follow a good diet, eat like a mo-fo, and use MRP's, whey protein, creatine, and DRINK LOTS OF BEER .

Bro,

To gain size:

1. Go to the gym.

2. Squat
