I have looked at alot of boards, web pages, and newsgroups on bodybuilding and AS. I have got to say this is the best. No competition. The board is very well laid out, the server is quick (I know another board that uses the same program, and it takes forever to load), the moderators are extreemly helpful(El Cubano has spent countless hours helping and informing me), and members are a kick-ass group of hardcore no bullshit people. This is a one-stop wealth of information. I have learned what I've been doing wrong as far as sleep, nutrition, and technique. My gains are incredible in the month since I've joined. Thanks to George Spellwin for putting it all together. If more bodybuilders knew about this, there would be alot more quality bodybuilders in the gym. IP: Logged |

ITS A FUNNY THING THAT I CAME ACROSS THIS SITE BY ACCIDENT, I DIDNT HAVE AN ACCIDENT, I WAS SEARCHING FOR MM2K AND THEY HAD CHANGED THEIR ADDRESS AND I SAW ELITEFITNESS I READ SOME POSTS AND LIKED THEM SO MUCH I THOUGHT BILL PHILLIPS HAD SENT ME A LINK! I ALMOST EMAILED HIM TO SAY THANKS. THEN I REMEMBERED HE NO LONGER WANTS ANYTHING TO DO WITH (AS). SO I CAN THANK GEORGE SPELLWIN.

Thanks to everyone for their support! One thing I wish our subscribers would do more of is take advantage of two of my favorite features. One. Get ICQ at http://www.icq.com We worked hard to make ICQ work with the boards and it lets you know who is online and you can chat with them right away. Just put your new ICQ number in your profile. Then a little flower appears by your name. Click it when it is green to chat -- red means you are not online Two. You can add pictures to your posts.
