I have always used Designer Protein which is Whey Concentrate and Isolate. However, I am gonna buy from Protein Factory tomorrow. Should I get Whey Isolate, Whey concentrate, Casein, etc.? What do you guys think?

I buy from the Protein Factory too. I order this
30% CFM whey isolate
30% Whey protein concentrate
30% Caseinate
10% soy XT
I did it this way to maximize my absorption times. isolate being quick, wpc a little later and caseinate is a slower absorption. The soy xt i threw in for isoflavones. works pretty good. just a word of advice, when you order...MAKE SURE AND TELL THEM TO BLEND IT!!! hehe. i had to use a damn 5lb bucket and a wooden spoon. and the damn spoon broke!!! felt like the waterboy, with my wooden spoon. lol

I think the best way of taking protein is this one:
1. After getting up in the morning: Whey
2: 30 Minutes before working out: Whey
3: Right after work out: Whey
4: In the evening and before going to bed: Casein.

It is very important to take Whey after workout instead of casein because Whey enters your muscle very fast...

I use Bodylean Protein by Advocare. My trainer stuck me on it and I like it because of its taste.
