This is an interesting tid-bit i just found out from my brotherlaw....The FDA actually can prosecute you for sending b-12 or anything else that is falsely labeled or sold. He told me that they have actually put people in jail for sending fake juice, it is a federal misdemeanor (SPELLING IS BAD SORRY). He also told me that the penalty for sending small amounts is not as bad as sending fake shit that is not labeled correctly. So i guess the next bach of EQ i get should read....SQUIBB B-12 GOOD FOOOOOR YOOOOOU!!!!...levi IP: Logged |

r u talking about "sending" or "receiving"...? I know that when u receive you should mark your package "return to sender" and leave it by the door just in case....for a few days... I know a couple guys that did get busted for doing both, and they paid fines, but didnt do any jail time.... IP: Logged |

From what i understand it is for sending falsely labeled products...sound liks BS but it is true...He is with the FDA and all he workd is the misslabeled items and false claims on the labels...He stated to me that roids are comming up more often than they used too.....SCAMMERS BBBBBBBBEWARE....hahahahaha...levi IP: Logged |

IF YOU BUY A GUN AND HAVE IT THEN USE IT, IT IS A POSSESION AND USE AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU MAY DO. BUT IF YOU MAKE ONE AND USE IT IT IS POSSESION, PREMEDITATION AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU DID. It's the same over here. I know a lot of cops and one of them was telling me about all the prosecutions they do for people selling Magnesium as Gold on the blackmarket. Selling magnesium on the blackmarket is not illegal, but calling it Gold is! IP: Logged |
