Now that I have your attention!! I want to say something that has been on my mind! I know this is a board for discussion and people want to get advice and tips and you name it. Why is it that you never see any posts about the results of everyones outcome? It's always people wanting advice and needing direction, Gimmie gimmie gimmie, I need this or I want that, How can I get better results and what is the best cycle. Yet, noone ever comes back saying how it has helped and or how it worked out for them. Am I wrong or am I just missing something. What do "YOU" Think. I would be interested in finding out!
Just My thoughts.....

You are totally right man. I have only done a couple of cycles, so i just run around and answer the questions that i know about. i think it is pretty fun.

I hear ya...so I'll contribute....

My last run of sus and d-bol was my best yet !! I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm more into strength....

It was my first time "stacking" and damn....it really kicked in...I went from 230 to 246 and put my bench from the upper 3's to the middle 4's....and all I used was 250mg/week and 2-3 d-bol/day !!!

Yeah i'd like it a lot if everyone told us about their gains on their cycles. What they took how long they've been liftind and shooting and what kind of gains they saw

Hey no problem...I'm just putting my first cycle together as we speak. When I'm done I'll post my results, and trust me, your help is definitley appreciated. Without it, I'd be heading straight into some serious side effects/hormone imbalances. So, try to put up with the large amount of ignorance found on this board(myself included).

See, it's good to hear from bro's and the results of such. But, notice how the most reponses to this post are those who are well on their way to pro-card and not many newbies. I'm sure they are checkin this out, but once they find out this is not a source post as they had thought...bammm they're gone. Just my thought...

Actually you bro's have taught me a shitload.
Working on putting together first cycle right now. I have totally changed my intake. I do see good results just from stacking my protein better. I was eating nowhere enouph.

I think that alot of it has to do with how AS are looked upon. Most of society has no clue as to the realities of AS use and are quick to judge anyone who MIGHT use them. So we use and try to hide it (most of us anyways). That means that accurate records are usually not taken. Taking this into account, most do not have adequate information to give, just weight gained and some info on lifts (that is really the bare bones minimum of results, yet that is usually all they report, if they do at all). I am finally at a point where I can keep accurate records of stuff like: caloric intake, types of food eaten, stating/ending weight (with records of weekly gains), strength gains (by each workout), hours of sleep, and even sources/amount of stress in any given week, just to name a few. If I listed all of these I really doubt if most of you would read the whole post, so I choose not to post all of that. Just my own reasons why, but then again I ask very few questions (can't really remember the last time I asked one).

I hear what your sayin Dreamingbig, Full detail would bore some but not most. It's good to know that if you help someone out or give some advice, what the outcome was. Like.. Hey bro's I tried that routine you talked about and I can't tell ya the difference I felt from it, or all the advice you bro's gave me on cycle's helped me to make an informed descision for myself and the result's from it were awesome. I've gained 15lbs so far and getin bigga! Ya know, stuff like that is good to see. Massive gave a pretty good description in another post about his progress and it was interesting to see. That's what I'm talkin' 'bout...hehe

I didn't think anyone would care, so I never posted my results. Last year I only did two cycles. One of just D-bol, gained 9lbs in 45 days that I kept (gained about 15, but lost 6). Second cycle of the year was T200 and D-bol. Gained 10lbs that I kept in 7 weeks. This time around I am 4 weeks into a D-bol followed by Finaplix cycle and have gained about 5lbs. Strength is up tremendously, just like always. I am hoping to keep about 10lbs of this cycle to put me up at 275lbs. Keep in mind, I am 6'5", so the 275 doesn't look that big.

I agree totally...... I am in the first week of my cycle of dbol, sus, and deca. I will post my gains once off of my cycle. I am a newbie and proud of it because you have to start somewhere. I have done alot of research and if it wasnt for this board I would be blind man walking. I just want to thank all of the people on this board to include the monitors, and vets. You guys have been a big help to me!!!!! As long as this board is here I will be here! Keep up the good work fellas.

The more that people repond to this post with their routines and progress, the easier it will be to direct a newbie to find all the input they need from one post alone! After reading all the reply's so far it's great to know just how everyone is doing. As for myself in case your wondering I'm finishing up a cycle in the next 3 weeks which consisted of sus250 and d-bol. My gains have been quite significant up to almost 20lbs, but, that's also due to the diet and hard training as well..obviously. Way to go bro's.....

Damn good idea. I think a lot of us are in mid cycle right now, or just about to start one. But I totally agree on what we should post.
1. What AS were taken.
2. Dosage etc.
3. Diet/calories etc.
4. Training routine.

That would give others a basis for things to try that get results. Damn good idea, Bro.

I'm putting the finishing touches on my first cycle right . . . .NOW!!! And I'm so f*ckin excited--It reminds me of being a little kid again, waiting for Christmas morning (you know the X-mas when you were sure you were gonna get that dirtbike you'd been dreamin about for a year) As soon as I get started I will post regularly about my progress. As with most A.S. virgins I have found this board to be invaluable. And am all humbly greatfull.
