I just wanted to brag a little bit. i loaded up my leg press with all it could hold today(24 plates) and repped it four 4 sets of 10. my gym doesnt even have enough weight for me! haha How good does it feel to have everyone in the gym watching you lift. No shit one time when i was doing leg press, i got done and three girls started clapping. I wanna hear your stories big guys!

I saw a guy do 30plates last week , he was fat though. Good job congrats, I wasn't trying to burst your bubble.

Just incase you guys wanted to know. i am 5'7 208 about 10% and 21 years old. And i just want to add that i love this place. I love talking to guys who are into the same things as me. I have to deal with these college guys who cant think of nothing but drinking.

No offense, but the leg press/hack sleds are pussy lifts... If you want to brag about strength, try getting your ass under the power rack and see how much you can squat-thats real strength; im sure it'll be a humbling experience.

Alright b182 i squated last week. I went up to 455 for 4 reps. And i dont due any of these pussy squats. I used to due powerlifting competions so i know how to go below parallel. I think leg press is pretty important, i dont like to squat every week.

Not bad...but if you'd compare your lifts to that of a good powerlifter, it's usually embarrasing for most amateurs

I don't leg press - just squats. It's my favorite exercise - no matter what I have good squat days....sometimes like everyone I have shit workouts but never squats day.

585 for 8.

405 for 18.

Though I don't have much of my own story I can say I saw Mark Henry put on 30 plates and 2 average size women on top of sled and watched him pound through 2 sets.I thought it was pretty damn cool anyway being a little 12 yr old brat watching it. This was before the 92 olympics
