Excellent book. This guy adds a whole new light to the AS process. Great Nutrition and supplementation info too. Logical thoughts on the development of cycles. Definitely worth the price. Where have you found to purchase it. I bought it from PUMP Mag. and they supposedly aren't carrying it anymore. I have some friends who want to purchase it. Let me know where you are getting it.
