im 17 years old weight 210lbs and im bout 17%body fat i wanted to get on something to turn my fat to mucsle . i work out all the time but it just dont work so i need something what would you guys recommend for me to take i dont think i could get anyting really powerful unless someone helps me out on geting itim from indiana thanks IP: Logged |

Bro, You can't turn fat into muscle. They are two different cells, with different functions. One cannot become the other. You can make fat go away, thereby exposing the muscle, and I assume that is what you want to do. Go back over and look through the posts - there are 16 pages of topics about steroids and nutrition and supplements - see what is on there, and increase your knowledge and understanding of them before you post on here with a question that really is too general to be answered in any detail. As far as your question, you're 17% bf, do some cardio. Also in my opinion you are a little young to be considering steroids - you certainly haven't reached your natural peaks or even approached them, and at your age your body is making high levels of testosterone so you should be able to grow naturally with relative ease. Listen to Matt Bro! Sharp cookie. Your natural test levels are sky high right now, and you'd do more harm than good if you went on high performance supplements right now<wink>. Lower your fat intake, up the carbs and protien....add more cardio, train properly, rest properly....... And Guess What????????? In 6 month's you get to slam the prom queen!!!! Pretty cool Huh!
