I'm in the second week of a test/d-bol cycle and my workouts are steadily growing in intensity and, well, the satisfaction I feel after working out is greater. Of course I'm lifting more beacuse I'm feeling stronger, but I'm wondering if I can workout the same muscle group more fequently during the week. My regular routine dedicates an entire workout (9-12 sets) to one bodypart, Monday chest, Tuesday back, etc.. I'm thinking I should increase the frequency, doing chest twice a week, arms, legs, etc... I know there are a million different philosophies regarding the intensity/frequeny of working out during your cycle, and I intend to increase both dramatically, but would welcome anyone's input who may be similar to me and who has experienced great gains on a cycle of test/d-bol (six weeks) I am 6', weigh 210, am 42 years old. My bodyfat is at about 9%. Please share.

I work each body part twice a week and love it, just make sure you have at least 72 hrs of rest time for a body part before working it again (large muscle groups).

stay big,

Christian

I'm on T200/Deca now, and lift 4 days on, 1 day off. If I bust a lot of ass, my soreness eases up a day or two before I train that group again. My biceps are still hurting from Sunday's workout, and I'll train them again Friday. So each group gets 4 full days of rest. I find my muscles feel really good and ready to work after this much rest. When I trained closer together, I didn't feel like they had recuperated enough, and any more than that I felt like I wasn't doing enough. This is a great balance for me... and the gains thus far have been good. You'll probably hear a lot of different things... experiment, and kick ass with what works out best for you.

When I am on I require less recovery time. I work body parts twice within 8 days on, but only twice within 12 when I am off.

I ran a cycle of Thialand D's and went from 225 to 255 in 8 weeks and only lifted my major muscle (legs, chest, back ect.) groups once a week. But i lifted bi's and tri's every tues and thur. I saw awesome gains. The problem is, is when you are running a good drug all you want to do is lift, you feel like a god, but you have to remember even though your muscles are recovering and growing twice as fast you still have to let them grow. If you don't let them have enough recovery time you will sacrifice some gains.

Hope i could Help
