I was wondering, has anyone here used Deca by itself? Is it worth it? I am thinking about doing it, mainly because Vet shit is cheap. But it seems like most of the guys on the board get limp dick and other sides from the evil Deca. I am only looking to add about 10 lbs. this cycle- will Deca do the trick? IP: Logged |

I have 1 week left of a deca only cycle and I put 14 pounds on in 7 weeks. But, must eat huge, lots of protein, train hard, sleep well, and drink lots of water. stay big, Christian IP: Logged |

I planned on 7 wk 400, 400, 400, 400, 300, 200, 100. I know it would be better suited with Sus., but I cannot gain to much at a time as my girlfriend does not know I touch the stuff. I have been lifting 3-4 years. Did 8 shots of Sus and gained 15 lbs. Am now 6 feet tall and 200 lbs w/low body fat. I go for the Wide reciever look, not the Arnold look. Will Deca alone get me to 210? Hope this is enough info. IP: Logged |

Interesting- but I have also heard that Deca in doses under 600mgs produces no side effects. Anyone out there w/ experience? IP: Logged |

Christian is right. You need to really follow the basics on food, training, and diet. I did a plain Deca cycle and thought I was gonna die and go broke for all the damn food I had to eat. Short cycle, and I gained 1/2 inch on the arms or so, my sex drive went down the shitter.... but now I'm taking T200 and Deca together. DAMN BIG DIFFERENCE. If you can, stack it. P.S. I did just shy of 600 mgs. per week of the Deca as well. No tapering at the end. But I did lose the sex drive. IP: Logged |

just gaining 10 pounds is the easy part, KEEPING your gains is another with deca. I would add in a 6-10 week cycle of clen to help harden up and fight the catabolic phase after your cycle, otherwise you'll most likely lose half of your gains (or more)in a couple months. IP: Logged |

Do you guys think creatine would be a good anti-catabolic agent after a Deca cycle? I'm a student and on a shoe string budget.(Clen can get expensive) I used the creatine after the Sus. cycle and kept it all. IP: Logged |

Take the deca alone if you want, it's no prob. You should be able to grab 10 lbs in 7 weeks, i'd keep the dose up a bit more, and extend the cycle if you can. Take clomid 50mg eod, starting the first day you shoot, do this and your balls and your sex drive will be fine

You'll be right doing that, if that's all you got then go for it. Sex drive shouldn't suffer too much (you're obviously young). Sides should be minimal. Ten pound is very doable, just eat and train well. IronMike IP: Logged |
