Start slowly, then work up, I naturally tan quite easily a deep dark red/brown. Really pisses the woman off! Oh well. Semper Fi IP: Logged |

You know theres nothing like a good tan to make all the hard work in the gym look even better. Check out a mag, called Oxygen, its for women, but it has a good article on tanning and self tanning products and what some of the pro's use and how to use it without getting streaks. I like to get a base tan from the tanning booth, then use a product for self tanning to get a little darker. IP: Logged |

Well if I were pale and from the land of Narnia, sorry couldnt help it, I would go to my doc and tell them that I wil be working outside this summer near the equator and I want to increase my skin pigmentation so that I dont get constantly burned. Then mention that you have heard of the drugs oxsoralen, trisoralen or methoxsalen. These buddies will help to increase the production of pigment in your skin- it what black people who have vitiligo use to get rid of their patches of colorless, unpigmented skin. Michael Jackson has vitiligo but instead of increasing his pigment he apparently decided to go the other way and try to make his skin match the color of the vitiligo patches.- just a little side note. I am also all in favor of the tanning bed Idea. In conjuction with Trisoralen etc. peace BTW- taking tyrosine and a good copper supplement before tanning helps to increase you natural production of pigment. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Tanning booths work best for me. The beds leave too many lines and not too mention half moons on my ass...hahaha but that what ya get when ya tan in a bed and if ya have a bubble butt. I usually just nutragena sesame oil. Works best for me. Just my opinion... ------------------ IP: Logged |

Try a product called "canthaxanthin" from a distributor out of California - I can't remember the name but check out Muscle Mag they advertise in their a lot. I've been on the stuff a couple of months and getting good results. If you use this along with tanning beds the results are pretty good!! Bodie IP: Logged |
