What's up group? Newbie here I have been doing my research for several month's. I find this board to be the most informative thus far. I have most if not all of your post I have been working out off & on for about a year.I am a true ectomorph: age 33/5"10/138lb waist 30. (father just a little bigger)if that matters. I currently workout 3x wk.,spplements: prolabs creatine, designer protein, prolab N-Large for the extra calories and protein, and a multivitamin/mineral. I am trying to get the most out of my natural gains, as much as I can at my age and bodytype I started at 130lb. Enough of that, looking for slow to medium progressive gains over a 6 to 8 month timespan no big rush just to grow 25 to 35lbs that I will keep. Something mild like primabolan depot 200mg a week for 8 wks. I am told that this will serve me well over such a long period of time, and I will keep my gains with less water retention than deca. I will start my 1st cycle in two months PD or DECA no stacking at first. So after U guys beatup on me help me up and help the baby take it's first steps. IP: Logged |

Yah the primo is not a bad idea, you can get two maybe three cycles in your 8 month period, you should be able to put on about 30 lbs if you do everything right and you gain weight easily. But you say you're an ect so you might not get all the weight gains you're hoping for. 200mg a week sounds good, you won't have to worry about clomid or anything else to much at those doses The thing that worries me is that you say that you started working out over a year ago at 130 and now you're only 138?? You should have put on a lot more weight than that, especially seeing as it's your first year. If i were you before taking anything i'd take a serious look at how you're working out, what you're eating and how your rest/vitamins is. E2 IP: Logged |

E2 IS RIGHT AGAIN, LIKE THAT IS SOMETING NEW. DUDE YOUR DIET IS A BIG PART OF GAINING WEIGHT. MAKE SURE YOUR EATING ENOUGH W/ PLENTY OF REST, THATS HOW YOUR MUSCLES GROW. "KING"-COME UPP!! IP: Logged |

I have to agree ... I am also a Ecto. I have more or less weighed 135 # my whole life. I got back into lifting middle of Dec. '99 and already I am close to 150#. The gains have come so fast that co-workers are asking my buddies if I use 'gear'. I don't.....yet. So it does help to get the right diet, work-out and most important...attitude! ------------------ quote: IP: Logged |

E2 is right Bro! ...as usual!...Take a hard look at your diet and train..sounds like it may need a little adjusting. Looks like your set on Primo, I think, personally you'd see more with a Test base choice, but if your set on Primo.....Go 4 it!! Ranger IP: Logged |

Scrutinize your diet as much as possible, I have not used gear yet and I was able to put on almost twenty lbs. in just under six months. IP: Logged |
