I drink a ton of water. I guess I just think that if 60%-70% of our body weight is water, I've gotta drink a ton to get bigger, but is there any posibility that I might drink too much, and piss out my supplements or gear. This might be the stupidest question ever, but when I am peeing every 30 minutes, I can't help wonder if I'm loosing anything I need. Also as far as testing goes does drinking water help. If you're taking creatine, take it with a juice or sugary drink, that way you absorb as much of it as you can. If you take it with water and drink as much water as you say, then you could easily piss out creatine. i don't think you could piss any other supplement out...but I could be wrong. As for testing...drinking water is very important. If you're gonna get tested you should drink water all day and don't get your first piss of the day tested or your last. Nah drinking tons of water is good for you, jsut when you piss all the residual chemicals in your urine will be diluted E2 IP: Logged |

BY THE TIME PISS BECOMES PISS YOUR BODY DOESNT NEED IT ANYMORE AND THATS GOOD. IF YOU WERE TO SAY NOT DRINK ENOUGH WATER THE YOU MIGHT NO BE FLUSHING ALL THE BAD STUFF OUT. CONTINUED WATER DRINK MINIMISES THE RISK OF KIDNEY STONES AND OTHER SHIT OUT OF THE BODY AND WHEN YOU PUT STUFF IN EVEN BY EATING MORE, YOUR BODY (LIVER AND KIDNEYS) NEED TO WORK HARDER TO DIGEST AND ELIMINATE, FOOD AND TOXINS. I read a study somewhere that says drinking grape juice and taking creatine is bad...I'm not 100% positive that it's true just heard it and thought maybe someone else here would know some more about it IP: Logged |

Grape juice and creatine bad???? I don't think so, i take my creatine with a 50/50 mix of PURE grape juice and grapefruit juice. It's the best way to take it E2 IP: Logged |

It's not that grape juice is bad, it's that you can get a higher glycemic index from say, dextrose, or maltodextrin. I've had good results mixing creatine with soda. It seems like the effervesence helps mix it up. Also, I like lemonade mix. .02 ------------------ IP: Logged |
