So i was weighing in today before the pump and was at my heighest ever, Yes! so i walked out of the locker room thinking i was huge, then boom i was made the smallest man. I looked up and all 5'10'' 310 lbs, of Erik Fromm was standing there. So i walked up and introduced my self and the guy was totally cool. If you dont know who erik fromm is just open up a muscle mag. He took 2nd last year at the super heavyweights at the npc usa. It may have been humbling, but man was it some motivation. IP: Logged |

Damn are you ever lucky to have guys like that around to train beside. I wish i had those guys near me, I think seeing guys like that push the heavy weights helps you along like nothing else. E2 IP: Logged |

Nothing motivates me more than being reminded how much room I have for improvement....I am humbled occasionally by it but I also take it as a challenge to myself. Matt IP: Logged |

I work out at one of the many gyms Ric Flair owns and run into him quite often. I know hes a has been but also when the wwf comes to my city quite a few come to the gym to work out thats pretty humbling as well. I've met the Rock and Big Sexy. Big Sexy is a damn giant. IP: Logged |
