Hmmm. Gotta keep stretching and strengthening those external rotators. External rotation lifts are best done in the plane of scaption, ask your trainer what that means cuz I can't describe it right now (unless midway between 90 deg shoulder flexion and 90 deg abduction makes sense). Do your wind sprints. Work your hamstrings. I am not resident roid expert, but the main injury problem with roids I know of is that muscle gets stronger faster than ligaments and tendons, leading to torn ligs and ruptured tendons. Injuries heal a lot faster when cycling (especially deca or eq), but don't let that make you think you are invincible. Take care. Peace

Baseball is a sport that requires you to be limber and flexible. Strength training requires me to know what position you are going out for? A pitcher needs strong legs and rotator strength. Try and be more specific as to what you are trying to gain.

All i have to say about using roids and being i a sport is be careful. they are now doing random drug test. It is wise to do it during your offseason. Also becareful of how much cardio you do while your on it. You dont want your heart to become enlarged. Remember your heart is A muscle.
