I've been thinking about using one of twinlabs creatine supplements. Are they any good and if so which ones are the best to buy? I would appreciate any advice... IP: Logged |

I use ProLab creatine. If it's pure monohydrate it's probably good. Make sure you get your moneys worth too bro. IP: Logged |

twin labs does have very good quality supplements but they seem to be falling behind in science. there prices where very high but have dropped rapidly. I like labrada and hp by eas for its taste though I despise bill phillips. IP: Logged |

TWINLAB has great stuff and they always meet label claims, i like them a lot but they're damn expensive. I ust the pro performance creating from GNC, i know it's not the cheapest, but i like it and it works great for me, so why change? E2 IP: Logged |

Hey dude, the other guys on the board know their stuff too, Pro lab is good, I don't know about the other but my favorite is the micronized creatine by MetRx, I've made some supreme gains on it, I've been on it about two years and I love it, but remember this what works for some does not always work for others.
