When im on sos.250 should i take any other supplements? also, what kind of diet should i be on?calories/day? also, how much cardio should i do, i wanna gain a lot of weight and mass, heres what im gonna hopefully cycle.
wk.1=250 mg
wk.2=500 mg.
wk.3=500 mg.
wk.4=500 mg.
wk.5=500 mg.
wk.6=500 mg.
wk.7=750 mg.
wk.8=750 mg.
wk.9= 500 mg.
wk.10=250 mg.
wk.11=250 mg.
wk.12= 250 mg.
is this a good cycle for sostenon 250? also, what kind of gains can i expect and how long should great results take? any major side effects? info. please!!!!
