Well i never know how hard to train while on a cycle I started working 6 days a week and I am starting one these is what I am doing
monday chest shoulders
tuesday back triseps
wednesday legs bisep

and then i reapeat i don know if thats too hard or not cuse i know that hile on a cycle i verry hard to overtrain by the way if something sound werd is because I am not a native english speaker nor I live in the States

It depends on what you're taking.
I had a friend that started training his ass off from the first day that he started his cycle, but the gear that he picked did not kick in until week 4. So basically, he felt over trained during his cycle. On the other hand, if you pick quick acting gear you can go hard right away.

sounds good bro!

i would give yourself atleast 2 days of rest for each body part.

monday chest & shoulders
tuesday back & triceps
wedsday off
thursday legs & biceps

then start over on friday

this is what i do when i'm on or off gear

monday chest & triceps
wedsday back/shoulder & biceps
thursday off
friday legs

I try to change things up every 3-6 weeks, reguardless wether I like the set up or not. If your pumping hard I think whatever you decide to do will workout ok...but second opinions never hurt

When I'm on this is what I do. It works awesome for me but everyone is different.

Monday - Chest & Tris
Tuesday - Shoulders & Bis
Wednesday - Back & Legs
Thursday - Chest
Friday - Shoulders & Tris
Saturday - Back & Bis
Sunday - Legs

I've tried doing this workout without gear and I find that I burn myself out.

You have to find a program that works for you. But regardless, this will help:

Monday: Eat till you shit
Tuesday: Eat till you shit
Wednesday: Eat till you shit
Thursday: Eat till you shit
Friday: Eat till you shit
Saturday: Eat till you shit
Sunday: Eat till you shit
