I like it, I cant say I saw any weight gain. I did, on the other hand see good strength gains. A little to expensive. I actually prefer effervescent creatine. IP: Logged |

The only thing I got off of CelTech is a hyped up price, a bad burn in the throat when I drank it, and a good cookie container afterwards. Didn't like it too much personally. But who knows... you may work great. IP: Logged |

It helped my workouts to some extent when I took it directly before. The only weight gain I really experienced was pure water weight. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I bought some about a year ago and I found the only thing it is good for is fat weight and water weight. I work out hard, I had my body fat down to about 14% and then I took that crap and I gained weight but it was around my midline. That crap sucks. The only thing to me that muscle-tech puts out that is any good is the Hydroxycut, it definetly cuts body fat. Cell-tech on the other hand has 75grms of suger per dose, what do you think. Stick with regular creatine by EAS or MetRx, it works. IP: Logged |

I didn't like it either. Didn't see any weight gains/strength gains. Did notice it started making me softer. I think it was cause all the sugars. 75grams is alot. I have seen the best results with Prolab, so I stick with them. IP: Logged |

I have never used it but I have heard both sides to the argument on it. My opinion is I think it is over priced. I also think it has to do with the attitude you have while you take it. If you have doubts or dont think it will work it probably will not work as much as it could if you have a positive attitude. Just get some cheaper creatine and take anywhere from 10-20g a day! If you want the same results for about a tenth of the price buy some good guality pure creatine then go to a wine making shop and buy a bag of dextrose. It costs about 4 bucks a pound. mix 50-75 grams with your creatine and whatever juice and it will work ever bit as good as cell tech. All that other shit that cell tech has in it is in to small of amounts to do fuck all anyways. IP: Logged |

I get 1000 grams of creatine for 30 bucks. (Prosource) However, I only use it after cycles for a smoother transition. Too much water weight for me. I have found that it works just the same with water as it does with juice. I have also found that 5 grams works just as good as 20 grams. Just me though- IP: Logged |

I think that creatine is a waste of money but I used to use it(before I started AS). I have to use at least 25g of normal creatine a day to have any strength effect but when I use Cell Tech I only use the 10g dose. Both give me about the same effect, but the strength increase is probably from water and all of the sugar. I normally gain about 10 lbs of water when I use creatine and then lose almost all of it when I quit. The only way I think it could help in building muscle is by keeping the muscle cell full of water and by allowing you to get a better workout to further break down muscle for greater recovery. I. E. save your money for the real stuff. Later, IP: Logged |
