I've been eating approx 280g protein, 80g carbs, 35g fat, and 2100cal a day. I'm 6'2 234lbs, 18% body fat. And have been on eca stack. I want to bulk up, but drop a few lbs also. Been getting good gains. But I am sick of cardio, for a while anyways. Will cut down carbs help in weight loss. If anyone knows where I can get diet info please let me know. I don't want ketone diet right now.

Well from my calculations based on your intake of protein, carbs and fat you are only getting 1685 cal. a day. That is based on 4 cal per gm protein/carb and 7 cal for each gm of fat. Check my numbers.

When you first start your stomach will shrink and you will feel hungry. Your insulin levels are going to fluctuate for a time causing headaches and a feeling of tiredness. I have a post similar to this earlier with some good feedback in it.

Keep the cardio up, and maybe up the carbs a bit and the fat. I get 250-300 gm protein a day, 200 gms carbs and 50-100gms fat. and I am losing weight pretty quickly.

Hang in there.
