Okay, so far basedd onthe feedback I have modified my diet to include two medium oranges a day. Morning and lunch. cut out all other fruits and add two or three potato's or a cup of rice with last meal of day. Which is 1 hour or so after I workout.

I have also had suggestions to add 100 gms of carbs right after working out, within aobut 10-20 minutes. Especially after legs. This will boost my carbs to around 200 a day.

I think that should be fine until the last 4-6 weeks.

I will be adding halo to my cutting stack as well for the last 4 weeks or so unless needed sooner.

what about the anabolic diet. if you eat 65% fat, 30% protein, and 5% carbs you will lose weight faster. I find that if i eat 1/3 of my maintenance calories a day on that diet i lose about 4 lbs. a week.
By your post i see you are in some sort of competetion. This diet might not be the one you need & i wouldn't do this diet without more info then. I also don't know if you would be getting the protein you need.

overall, it is a good diet. but i don't know what it would do when combined with exercise and cutting phases like you are doing.

In the last reply it was stated that you dropped four pounds a week. How many weeks did this weight loss continue? It seems this is a lot of weight to be losing ever week without losing lean body mass. Do you do bodyfat tests to see how much is body fat and how much is lean mass? peace

i don't know how much was lbm.
Weight loss tended to stop after 8 weeks on the anabolic diet.
its better to eat at least 50% maintenance calories on the anabolic diet. or to just eat when you are hungry. that was my experience. i had more energy. i suppose my body was more free with its fat stores when i ate at will.
